Since the beginning of the company's activity, geotechnics has become one of the pillars of its development, an area in which it leads the market in Argentina in addition to interventions in other Latin American countries.

To carry out these tasks, we have strong equipment, appropriate logistics, our own Laboratory where the 7,000 m of drilling carried out annually are processed, and specialized personnel. More than 5,000 studies have been carried out to date for high-rise buildings, industrial plants, housing districts, bridges and viaducts, silos and water tanks, churches and hotels, high-voltage lines and transformer stations, atomic power plants, telephony, banks. and schools, hospitals and cemeteries, overseas ports, among others.

Road and transportation: Projects for nationa and provincial routes, urban pavements in different geographical locations, bridges over rives and streams, road reconstruction and maintenance program are carried out, including economic and environmental studies related to said works. There is equipment for Field and Laboratory tasks to meet the demands that this type of studies require.

Sanitation projects: Projects and technical assistance are addressed for companies and public bodies on issues related to the construction of sewage netweorks, drinking water conduction and storm drains.

Structures: The design and calculation of concrete and metal structures support the different engineering areas of the Company. Studies on this type are frequently carried out referring to highrise buildings for housing, bridges, protections, defenses, sanitary works, lifting stations, among others.

Electrical energy: INCOCIV's intervention in comprehensive projects has revealed the need fr specialization in the area of electrical energy, participating in both transportation projects (medium and high voltage) and its distribution (low boltage).

Comprehensive architecture studies: The incorporation of this area of professional services makes the most of the resources and experiences acquired throughout our 30 years of experiences. It is the implementation of a comprehensive interdisciplinary service within the corporate scope of Incociv Consultora, aimed at companies, organizations and investors.

Hydrology and hydraulics: Hydraulics, hydrological, and margin protection studies are carried out for engineering projects developed at Justo Dome & Asociados.

The experience of Justo Domé & Asoc. in the inspection and supervision of various types of works represents not only a notable aspect within its background, but also a strong recognition of its professional capacity. Inspections have been carried out on vile, hydraulic, civil, industrial and sanitation works. To achieve this, the entire professional, technical and equipment support structure is used to achieve the best control.

Sonic Test (PIT): By transmiting an impact wave over the pile head, it is feasible to obtain sufficient information so tha - once processed with specific software - it allows detecting the depth of th tip and the existence of irregularities in the sectins alongthe shaft.

Ultrasonic Test (CSL): This methodology requires the installation in the concrete mass of piles or diaphragm walls cast in situ, a minimun nomber of tubes of sufficient size for the passage of ultrasonic pulse emiting and capturing probes, whose signal in processed by a specific program, allows you to obtain an idea of the quality of the concrete and the possible presence of cuts or irregularities in the filling process.

Dynamic load test (DLT): The pile is auscultated by the impact of a weight roportional to the working load to be corroborated, which produces the propagation of a stress wave whose acceleration and deformation signals are captured by sensors, stored by th equipment and accumulated for processing with the specific CASE software. Then with the CAPWAP software, which carries out a modeling of the soil and the pile and simulates the behavior of the assembly during the impact. Force and speed curves very similar to those actually measured in the on-site test are obtained, and a load diagram is deduced.

Sclerometry: The sclerometer is a measuring instrument used to determine the compressive strength in concrete, whether in pillars, beams, slabs, walls, pavements. The operation is very simple, since it consists of measuring on a scale graduated, of the rebound suffered by a mass that is projected against the surface of the concrete when a previously compressed spring is released

Justo Domé & Asoc. has considered the continuous growth in the valuation of the environment translated into its permanent participation in the execution of environmental audits, environmental impact assessments and environmental management plans for all types of works that need this type of study such as road works, urbanization, sanitation, energy, among others.
